Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Restocking Fee

Once an order is placed, any cancellation will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any upfront deposit charged at the time of order is totally non-refundable.

Returns After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in addition to the 30% restocking fee. All returns must be initiated within 15 days of placing the original order.

Condition for Returns

Returns for shipped items will only be accepted if the part has not been used or installed. The part must be in its original, unused condition.

Refusal of Refund

Stark Engines & Transmissions LLC reserves all rights to refuse a refund if the part has been installed, used, or damaged. If a part has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a refund and will be handled under our Warranty Policy, if applicable.
